Q. What is your minimum order requirement?
A. The minimum Bishop order per style, per color is 36 units (12 units for leather and melton/leather jackets). The exception to this rule is custom-made samples, which are billed at twice the first column price.
Q. What is the usual production time for an order?
A. Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the size of the order and the decoration involved. Generally speaking, this is the rule of thumb, however often we are able to complete an order in less time and then ship. The Bishop commitment to you is this: We will not take any order unless we are certain we will hit your "in-hands" delivery date.
Q. What are your terms for payment?
A. Established customers receive terms of Net 30 days. New customers, we request a 50% deposit and the balance C.O.D. for the first order. Subsequent orders then move to terms of 50% C.O.D. and Net 30 on the balance. Once a credit pattern is established a customer moves to Net 30.
Q. Our company is not in Canada. Who handles the paperwork for customs, shipping etc.?
A. Border and Taxes. Don't worry, we take care of all paperwork, duties etc. There are no extra charges for duties, taxes, brokerage etc. Your shipment is always F.O.B. Blaine for U.S. orders of 36 units or more per style.

A. Our shipping point for U.S. orders is Blaine, Washington, zip code 98230. You can choose which shipping service you'd like (Fed Ex or UPS) and the freight will be billed to your account.
